...Once you do, pants, skirts, dresses, bags... so many new projects open up to you!
Students in this 3 HOUR WORKSHOP will:

Create a zippered pouch for pens, pencils, makeup... whatever!
Previous Sewing Experience: You will get the most out of this workshop if you can thread a sewing machine, sew a straight line, sew on a button, and have 1 to 3 basic projects under your belt. If that doesn't sound like you, please check out our beginner full-day classes.
Attendance is limited for this intimate coffee-shop venue.
What to bring to class:
Your sewing machine (or borrow one - no extra charge)
The sewing machine's zipper foot - it should resemble something like the picture below:
**All supplies for this class are included. But if you have some fabric you love, bring it!
Tools - Pins, scissors, tape measures, irons, seam rippers, etc will all be at the venue ready for you to use. No need to bring your own.
Sewing Machines - If you have one, bring it! It's best to learn on the machine you'll continue to use. If you don't have one, simply indicate at checkout that you'll need to borrow a CSS machine (no extra charge).
Food & Beverage - Unlike our full-day classes, this is a 3 hour workshop, so food is not included. However, on-site you will find incredible coffee and delicious snacks and light meals available for purchase.
Vibe: Your instructor is a skilled, experienced, warm and wacky lady who loves people and sewing. The teaching is intuitive and casual, and you will be amazed how much you can learn in a short time. The environment is fun and inclusive, with people of every kind being welcome.
